At 46 years old, the actress can pass for a woman in her 20s. Apparently, her secret to being youthful lies on the food she eats and of course exercise.

The Hollywood star has recently shared photos of her food on Instragram and a little background about where she is getting her food from.

For breakfast, the actress had toast, 3 slices of avocado, tomato slices and sunny side up egg. The eggs she eats are from her chickens. It isn’t surprising if she tells us the fruits and vegetables she eats are also home grown.
