Anti-Inflammatory Goodness in a Quick-Prep Recipe
Inflammation is the body’s reaction to injuries or infection. It is natural and shouldn’t last long. In such case, there is nothing to worry about. This is not the case with chronic inflammation – inflammation or swelling for longer periods of time which can last for months and even years.
Chronic inflammation can cause a host of diseases like arthritis or even cancer. That’s why it needs to be remedied.
There are a lot ways to reduce inflammation: drinking lots of water, reducing stress, exercising and eating the right kinds of food.

Turmeric Zucchini Noodles with Cilantro Tahini
3 medium zucchinis
1 1/2 Tbsp and 1 Tbsp olive oil, separated
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/8 cup tahini
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic pressed
1 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
